- Designed demographic change to undermine the Baluch identity by implementing a settlement plan for 2.5 million people from other parts of Iran to the Makoran (Mekran) coast of Baluchistan under the pretext of development by the Iranian regime
- Right to endeavour for impendence of Baluchistan.
