An open letter and presentation to Secretary-General of United Nation from Adv Kachkol Ali

Recent UN General Assembly Debate on R2P and perversive discrimination with Baloch.
Pakistan security forces have been seriously breaching and committing with mens rea as part of a widespread or systematic attack direct against baloch innocent civilian population,committing unimaginable atrocities namely substantive international crimes like genocide, crime against humanity and war crime. We have approached and knocked all the international regional and national institutions in respect of aforesaid heinous crimes. It would be pertinent to mention here that the wilfull-killing and arbitrary arresting, maiming, liquidating, enforced disappearing, custodial killing and forcefully deporting acts are the order of the days. More than 20,000 innocent baloch people including children and women where women are facing sexual harassment and violence, lawyers, doctors, students, poets, professors, journalists and commoners are enforced disappeared. They are in their custody in torture cells. These crime elements in one way or other are constitutes of crime against humanity and war crimes and genocide, which are under Article 5 of Rome statute.

We are observing that baloch being a underprivileged nation and most potential victims ,but the responsible institutions UNO, UNPO, Amnesty international, and civil society stalk holders as CICC global justice and Global centre for responsibility to protect the civilian are not playing their entrusted roles properly.
It was also stated in the debate that ” We strongly urge member of states to consistently and meaningfully uphold the commitment enshrined in paragraphs 138-139 of the World Summit Outcome Document”, Pakistan being a member of United Nation is bound to respect R2P and World Summit Document to ensure the inclusion of R2P as a standing item. And yet, Pakistan is not implementing it and is not being seriously question regarding implementation for prevention of all the aforesaid atrocities the Baloch have been victims to. The NGO’S, UNO and its sister institutions are not playing their roles in highlighting this situation to the United Nation to end this impunity and catastrophy.
