Criminal Investigation Team Rules Guide evidence
The widely accepted rules of evidence in international and ahvaz law must guide the guidance, documentation and security of evidence in criminal cases related to genocide and crimes against humanity.
Information identifying the author of a particular crime (individual, group or institution) and evidence (witness testimony, physical, legal, documentary or supporting support) is required to claim a crime of genocide or crime against humanity.
Customary law:
The Ahvaz nation respects its customary laws and implement in part the following:
• the active promotion of immigrant migration and the return of immigrant diaspora;
• Promoting economic, social and political prosperity
A country for all its inhabitants;
• Implementation of a charter and a constitution that protects the individual and society
Freedom, justice and peace as seen in the tradition of ahvaz;
• Promotion and development of customary and judicial laws to ensure equality
Social, economic and political rights of all its inhabitants regardless of
Religion, creed, ethnic identity, gender or political backgrounds;
• Guarantee the citizens of ahvaz freedom of press, religion and conscience,
Language, education, legal rights and culture;
Developing the application of traditional knowledge

Emphasize that the executive administration’s agreements and approved by the board are land law;
Protection of any state wishing to be subject to the protection of ahvaz in a manner consistent with an agreed bilateral treaty;
• Protection of the holy places and holy objects of all religions;
International law
International law requires the submission of elements of this alleged genocide to confirm the commission of a genocide or a crime against humanity:

(a) killing of members of the group;
(b) serious physical or mental harm to members of the group;
(C) deliberately attached to the conditions of collective life to be achieved

Identifying Witnesses:
Some evidence may include interviews with undocumented witnesses in written, audio or other digital recordings. Every witness document must be accompanied by the following information for
(a) the identity and address of the claims;
(b) description of injury, loss or damage;
(C) location and date of the accident, and to the fullest possible, identity

(D) when seeking the recovery of assets, property or other tangible objects,

As with all the evidence collected, witness evidence must be proven with other support from witnesses and, if possible, physical evidence (documents or digital records such as photographs, recordings or videos) or other physical evidence such as biological evidence.
Evidence Categories:
To make this clear, the records of the investigation investigation team on genocide must contain, at least, information in the four categories below. The database must document each category and its details as follows, and the actual records must be stored in a closed and secure location:
