زرمبش، گزارش کوتاهی از نقض حقوق بشر در بلوچستان را به وزارت خارجه کانادا ارسال داشت
روز سه شنبه 6 دسامبر 2016 در مقر وزارت جارجه کانادا، هیئتی ازجبهه ملل تحت ستم در ایران با مقامات بالای وزارت خارجه کانادا پیرامون نقض آشکار حقوق بشر ملتهای تحت ستم در ایران دیدار کردند. در این دیدار از فعالان ملتهای ترک، عرب، کُرد و ترکمن حضور داشتند.
نماینده جنبش ملی بلوچستان(زرمبش) تلاش نمود تا در این دیدار شرکت کند چرا که عضوی از این هیئت مقرر شده بود، ولی بدلیل اینکه وزارت خارجه کانادا در یک مدت کوتاه به درخواست ملاقات هیئت جبهه ملل تحت ستم ایران پاسخ مثبت داد، امکان سفر به کانادا و حضور در وزارت خارجه کانادا میسر نشد.
جنبش ملی بلوچستان(زرمبش) از هیئت جبهه ملل تحت ستم ایران خواست تا به نمایندگی از زرمبش گزارش کوتاه تهیه شده در مورد نقض سیستماتیک حقوق بشر در بلوچستان توسط رژیم را به مقامات وزارت خارجه کانادا تحویل دهند.

Please find a short report on dire human rights situation in Baluchistan under Iran.
A brief account of recent human rights violations in Baluchistan under Iran
Iran is a country that violates human rights persistently to an alarming level. Every year the Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and even the United Nations Human Rights Council compile reports and express grave concerns.
The people of Baluchistan suffer human rights violation more severely in comparison to other regions in the hands of so called security forces of Iran. In Iran, Baluchistan is officially designated as a “Security Region” to grant the oppressive forces of the regime a license to suppress without impunity.
Recently in a statement the Vice-President of Iran for Women Affairs, Shahindokht Molaverdi said that “there is a village in Baluchistan that we (regime) executed the entire male population, and the children are left destitute”.
Baluch people have been suffering the most from the executions being carried out by Iran.
Five Baluch are currently being detained indefinitely without any charge in the Zahidan prison.
According to the Campaign of Baluch Activists ten other innocent Baluch are being kept in prison for the past two years without any trial in draconian conditions to extract unsubstantiated confessions in the Zahidan prison. They are known as “Detainess from Naseer-Abad of Rask”.
In Baluchistan the freedom of religion is under restraint and Baluch religious scholars are targeted frequently. Very often they are imprisoned and tortured. On 3rd Dec 2016 a Baluch priest (Molavi), Molavi Khalil Baluchi, brother of imprisoned Molavi Amanullah Baluchi was detained and harassed because he is seeking justice and protection of human rights for his brother and another prisoner of consciousness Hafiz Abdulrahim Kohi.
Baluch activists from all walk of life are being targeted by the Pasdaran and Etlahat of Iran. Mr Sakhi Riggi, a Baluch blogger and social media activist was arrested and sentenced severely. He so far has spent over eight years in exile. A 15 years old Baluch, Sabir Raesi was sentenced to 15 years on false allegations and he is being denied visit access to family and friends. Naseer Raesi is another political prisoner who just paid 600 million Rials of bail on 3rd Dec 2016. In Sep 2016 Aminah Issa a Baluch girl was imprisoned because she refused to adhere to some Shiia religion’s edicts.
In Baluchistan, Baluch people suffer from indiscriminate shooting from the Pasdaran. The people have no sense of security. According to report by Campaign of Baluch Activists in 2015 the regime’s Pasdaran used indiscriminate fire and killed or injured 52 people in Baluchistan. The report outlines in detail other gross violation of human rights in Baluchistan.
The economic derivation is so acute that according to a member of Majlis from Baluchistan constituency more than 70% of people in Baluchistan live below poverty line of Iranian standard. Baluch children are deprived of education. A Baluch school pupil was asked by a reporter after an earth-quake hit his village if he is afraid of from his school roof collapse, he innocently replied no because my school has no roof.
The health condition is so terrifying that mortality rate of new-born babies and mothers in Baluchistan is twice (20 in 100) as average (10 in 100) in Iran.
This brief on human rights situation of Baluchistan is a snap insight.

Meanwhile we request and urge you to exert pressure on Iran to stop the grotesque violation of human rights in Baluchistan.
